I think we should kind of cool off on the recruitment because even if someone if good and pass's the tests then they still might be kind of imature and others might see the clan as being to easy to join and think its kind of noobish. Sad

But if we waited a month or so after we meet then and get to know them before we test them then people wont leave the clan a lot because they actualy had to work hard to get in Very Happy

. That is one of the reason's boost died is because it was to easy to join.

Thats just my thinking but w/e

but seriously, hes right but boost (scrappy and fathomz) also allowed manly noobmembers to come in and hardly tested anyone. though it wont be a bad idea to stop recruiting now Cool

Ye agree with you all but in fact rifle is a good example for a good new clan member.
I really like him cause he play quite a lot,hes a nice guy and in fact i had this feeling right of at as we tested him.
Not as myst1q.
Though i have to say we got enough jumpers now.

I think the most important things to join are to be on a certain skill level, be a nice and friendly person and BE ACTIVE (as some of our members aren't!).
So to recruit somebody, he first has to be known be some of us, often jump in our servers and be active in the forums, then somebody of us may make the decision to recruit him and we will have a vote if we do or not (--> we are invite only!!)
What I don't like is that we said we will vote about new members at the beginning, but almost all of our members have been recruited by one (or maybe two) person (s) without the others knowing it, this shouldn't happen again please!
(And I have to say that I did it too...)

So its invite only,after get invited you have to pass some tests and after this you get test time.
